Need wiring diagram for Interior wiring. Headlight switch I took a meridian into the truck today to run across about why the parking lights are e'er on. Well, the wires from the headlight switch are FRIED! burnt to a crisp and blank wire showing. I am going to need to re-wire it. And so looking for a diagram to follow. It looks similar they run upwardly behind the cluster, and they dont look damaged that far down.

It looks like the white/black wire is totally melted, so it was probably the one of that overloaded and its heat melted everything else. What is the other i that is reduced to completely blank copper?? I think earlier y'all plow this back on, you lot demand to endeavor to figure out how the F that happened. That wiring should never get that hot considering the fuse would pop long before information technology got to that point.

Re: Need wiring diagram for Interior wiring. Headlight switch yeah, not certain. Headlights work, blinkers work. Park lights stay on unless fuse is pulled. No control of cluster dimmage (?) No fuses blown. Beats me. ---------- looks like white black and tan/? And it looks like this 2 are fused together somewhere, bypassing relays to power the parking lights.

I remember I got most of it sorted out by PM. Hes going to accept to cut out and replace the tan/white power feed to the switch and the white black out of the switch to the parking light circuit. Bypassing the relay entirely is going to be fine since its only bodily function is blinking the lights with the keyfob or other GEM functions. And then basically it depends how far dorsum the wires are melted to determine how involved this will be. [Posted with my Android mobile device using Tapatalk Pro]
